LAttitude is a two owner fresh water boat in above average condition. The boat was originally purchased and commissioned in 1994. It was lightly used on Lake Huron until 2006 when I purchased the boat and have professionally maintained it since. As a Naval Architect, I chose the O’Day 240 as the perfect blend of sailing performance, quality/reliability, trailerability and headroom (5’7”!!!).

Auxiliary Power: 1992 8hp Johnson Sailmaster O/B engine. 

Accommodations: Large U shaped seating area , dinette lowers for double V-Berth, double aft berth Deck equipment: Sheets, Halyards, and Reefing lines run to cockpit, boom vang, 3 winches, winch covers, tiller cover, tiller tamer.

Electronics: Depth sounder, bulkhead mounted compass, 25 Watt Horizon Marine VHF Radio, AM/FM stereo cassette radio w/dual speakers.

Galley and Head: Stainless steel sink, fresh water pump, removable counter top section over cooler for more space, cooler (portable icebox), full size marine head with holding tank and pump out.

Sails: Mainsail with 2 sets of reef points, Roller Furling Genoa, Spinnaker with pole and cruising gear.

-Custom tandem axle trailer with surge brakes
